At Charmhaus, we are committed to delivering high-quality pieces and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy below.
Warranty
All Charmhaus pieces are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty stones or closures
- Plating issues under normal use
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, water, chemicals, or perfume
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper storage or handling
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges within 24 hours from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags and protective materials must be intact
Refund Policy
All items are final sale and non-refundable. We allow order inspection before the courier leaves, so please make sure to inspect your item before completing your purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the rare case your order arrives damaged due to shipping, Charmhaus will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost
- Provide appropriate compensation if a replacement is not available
Customers must report shipping damage within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos.
