1. Delivery Timeline

- Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days from the confirmation date.

- Delays may occur during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

- You must accept or refuse the entire order upon delivery.

- Partial acceptance is not allowed.

- If you do not accept the full order, the courier will return the entire shipment.

3. Package Inspection Before Payment

- You are allowed to open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier before making payment.

4. Courier Contact Attempts

- Our shipping partner will attempt to contact you a maximum of 3 times to complete the delivery.

- If you are unreachable after all attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and returned.

- Please ensure your contact details are accurate and that you are available to avoid missed deliveries.
